doctor jill and hunter. yesterday when asked about joe biden potentially testifying before congress -- jill biden -- white house press secretary karoline leavitt had this to s say. >> if the president is satisfied with aids only sitting for these transcribed interviews or what he also like to see some testimony from the former first lady, doctor biden? >> i think frankly the former first lady should certainly speak up about what she saw in regards to her husband and when she saw it and what she knew because i think anybody looking at the videos and photo evidence of joe biden with your own eyes and a little bit of common sense can see this was a clear cover-up and jill biden was certainly complicit in that cover-up. there are -- there's documentation video evidence of her clearly shielding her husband away from the cameras, they were on the view last week and she was saying everything is fine. she is still lying to the american people, she still thinks the american public are so stupid they will believe her

hur report 2.0. speaking to reporters in the oval office today, president trump addressed some of these concerns about biden's decline, his alleged use of the auto pen, potential future congressional testimony. take a look. >> do you think that doctor jill biden should also have to come in and testify about what she did or did not do? >> well i hate the concept of it's the wife of a man who was going through a lot of problems and everybody that dealt with him understood that and i guess it came out during the debate loud and clear, that was the biggest signal of all. i think the auto pen is going to become one of the great scandals of all time. because you have somebody operating it or a number of people operating. >> if there was a group of rogue staffers that worked for you who wanted to advance a bill or an executive order without your knowledge, how could they do it? >> it's very hard because i read your newspapers or your media the next day and i say well i

did not approve that and i would find it. they would not get away with it for long. i would say who signs that? >> sean: on the senate side, the judiciary committee has announced plans to hold a hearing on the biden cognitive decline cover up on june 18th. one of the senators on that committee, missouri senator josh hawley, joins us with more. am i overstating it when i say this is the biggest white house presidential scandal in history? >> no, i don't think so. i will tell you something that i haven't said before because it came from a secret service whistle-blower this past year. i talked to so many of them after the attempted assassinations of president trump. this secret service whistle-blower was assigned to biden and he told me that biden used to get lost in his closet in the mornings in the white house. the guy literally stumbling around in the white house residence, could not find his way out of his own closet.

the president of the united states. i mean this is outrageous. we were lied to and you know as well as i do, the press has a huge role in this. the press is really important in america, they are supposed to report the truth. it's not with the liberal media did. they sold this country out for years and they did it for power and they need to be held accountable as well. >> sean: what about this idea that there was more activity, auto pen activity, in the last 100 days of than there were in the first three and a half ye years, or a staffers saying if he's reelected, you know, we will let him -- put him in hiding and bring him out every once in a while to show proof of life? that's not very reassuring, that sounds to me like people fully understood that they were going to be in power and in control and he was not. that to me is a constitutional crisis.

>> absolutely. i mean one of the worst constitutional crises of our country's history and we've just lived through it. i would like to know, we need to find out who actually signed off, so to speak, on all of those auto pen signatures on all of those pardons, those clemency's. you remember who he pardoned and who he granted clemency two in the final month of his presidency after they lost the election. it's unbelievable, a rogues gallery of crooks and criminals and terrible people, rapists and others. who was doing that? we know it wasn't biden. we have to figure out who was actually in charge because it sure wasn't joe biden and i come back to the fact that the media new this, they knew it, they lied about it, they betrayed us, they betrayed this country, they sold this country out for their own political power. these people can never be trusted again and they need to be held accountable as much as anybody else. >> sean: do you believe if people did this auto pen without his knowledge, is that obviously illegal and with that -- would

that render those signatures irrelevant, those pardons may not be lawful? >> article two gives the president and only the president the power to grant pardons, clemency's and so forth so if someone other than the president was doing it, i don't see how those things can stand. this is why we have to figure out who was actually in charge here. the thing is, it would have been a lot easier to figure out if we had not been lied to for so many years. like you said, we could see it, the american people could see it but we were systematically lied to by the biden white house and the media and now we have to get the facts. it's a huge stain and crisis for the country. it's amazing we survived it. you think how dangerous there was -- this was, what if there had been a nuclear war? >> sean: do you believe you should call on the biden family, should jill, hunter, jim all be called in?

>> i think we have to let this investigation where the facts lead it. we have to follow the truth, something that was not done for the last four years. the bidens have always gotten off the hook. you think about hunter and his many crimes, he was one of the guys pardoned by his father in those closing days. they always were held to a different standard, a double standard. time for the end to the double standard. let's get the truth for once. let's get the truth and go where that leads us. >> sean: senator josh hawley, missouri, thank you, we appreciate your time. here with more reaction, kentucky senator rand paul. senator, i'm very interested in your thoughts on this. you are a strict constitutionalist. if you usurp the article two powers of a president, to me that is a massive scandal. your thoughts? >> this was not a well-kept secret in washington.

calling jill biden misses wilson. they called her misses wilson because woodrow wilson suffered a debilitating stroke, you know, in 1917, 1918, and basically she ran the country. it's not even the first time this kind of thing has happened. it's an abomination, it's awful what has happened. i think we will get to the truth because there has to be a person who ran the auto pen, someone had to do it and i think if we find that person, the next question is, who ask you to do that? if that chain doesn't lead to the president, i think that you will have a catastrophe and they will have a catastrophe that they can't contain. there's a possibility, they finally say so-and-so told me to do it and then the president will in writing say i told them to do it. i think it will be difficult to have the president come and testify. i think generally it will be difficult to have doctors testify because of patient privacy. i think it will be difficult to have family members, unless they

were running the auto pen. if jill biden was running the auto pen, you can make or testify. anything beyond that i think will be difficult. >> sean: but even if joe biden himself came in, he probably would just lie in my view. he would not want this to be a stain on his so-called legacy. we now have heard some of the interview in the hur report. everything he wrote, now we know why they did not want to release the audio of the transcript and what happened here, because joe was not bad. i would imagine if he went before a senate committee or house committee he's not going to be up to the task, would you agree? >> the interview with hur was extraordinary. to have had a president, a leader of the free world who was judged to be incompetent to testify, that he could not be reliable witness, could not be a competent witness, could not stand trial for lack of competency at the same time was

a leader of the free world and the president of the united states, it's extraordinary. i think that audio coming out is so damaging to all those who, you know, supported president biden, went on and on and pampered him and kept him in power, people in the media as well as his staff are guilty of if not a crime than a great disservice to the country. >> sean: you mentioned woodrow wilson and his wife and to the stroke that was debilitating in his life. there's one big difference though and that is we live in a nuclear age and he has a nuclear football and it's with the president at all times. he was not capable i think of making that decision and the fact that everybody knew it, hit it, lied about it, covered it up, we have to know who was really in charge here. because they would have been in charge of that decision. that's the chilling part. a lot different, 1918.

the cover-up of biden, but the second ultimately bigger story is who was running the government, who was violating the constitution, who were they related to? they clearly had to know each other, they were clearly colluding. a lot of what i think will go back to barack obama and his staff, which were all through the white house. but billions were being shoveled out, they were shoveling billions of dollars out. who was making these decisions? they were commuting more people -- more people were commuted by biden after the election on the last ten presidencies. it's unbelievable. he's not doing any of this. and then of course you have the media which is now i think in the same free fall as the democratic party as a totally dishonest and disreputable institution. >> sean: but in many ways they paid a price.
